As a Sales Manager at OneLot, you will play a key role in building strong dealer relationships by conducting regular check-ins, supporting loan drawdowns, and identifying opportunities to drive product utilization. You will also gather and relay feedback to help enhance our services, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and support.

What you will do:
- Carry out field visits to newly identified dealer prospects to deliver a compelling pitch on OneLot, showcasing its positive impact on their business.
- Conduct regular relationship management meetings and drop-in visits to develop rapport and trust with dealers, providing exceptional service.
- Utilize the CRM and internal planning tools to efficiently map out daily routes and meeting schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and maximizing daily engagement and conversions.
- Gather feedback from dealers and observe competitor practices to identify areas for improvement, sharing insights with the team to refine OneLot’s processes.
- Understand dealer buying and selling cycles and effectively promote OneLot’s loan products to increase the likelihood of brand new clients taking their first loan and existing clients utilizing their limit.
- Actively contribute to meeting team-level sales, conversion, and disbursement targets, while also working toward individual performance goals.
- Manage your individual loan book by tracking performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing strategies to maximize portfolio performance.
- Resolve escalated issues or concerns arising from key accounts, ensuring dealer satisfaction and long-term relationship stability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members during complex or high-touch sales engagements, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of OneLot’s value proposition.
What we will need:
- 5+ years of sales or relationship management experience, ideally in the automotive or financial services space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple formats: SMS, email, in-person, phone, and video calls.
- Results-oriented, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a proactive mindset toward achieving sales goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Personal car or motorcycle to visit dealers.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
