B2B Sales Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for business development, enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, and have experience selling to the construction or building industry, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will work directly with key decision-makers, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, builders, and construction firms.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, builders, construction firms, and other industry professionals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and business proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and other sales tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–5 years of B2B field sales experience.
- Experience selling to the construction, architectural, engineering, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
- Existing network of architects, engineers, contractors, developers, builders, construction firms, or project owners is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business development, prospecting, and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
