LOGISTIC PROCESSOR

Job Qualification:

Educational Requirement:

• A college graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Customs Administration.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 2 years total exposure working in BOC/PEZA documents processing and dealing with Brokers and Forwarders.

Other Special Skills/Specifications:

• Highly motivated, dynamic, with positive attitude, of good moral character and with mature deposition.
• Highly organized and systematic.
• Can handle and organize corporate activities.
• Can work with less supervision.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have a driver license and own motorcycle.
• Basic understanding of transportation, shipping methods, and regulations

Job Description:

• Handles all documentation processes and requirements for all logistic operation of Eighty-eight Floor Gifts Inc. including LOA.
• Ensure all documents are properly filled-out and organized.
• Supports the Logistics team in outsourcing trucks, forklift and other means of transportation whenever needed.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse on receiving of material deliveries.
• Supports the Logistics Team in booking both air and sea shipments.
• Supports the Logistic Team on shipment data encoding and shipment monitoring.
• Reports to Logistics Supervisor any issues or problems pertaining not only CLIP documents but with LOA and other required documents.
