Travel Account Specialist | GDS (Up to ₱45K)
About the Role
DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking a talented Travel Account Specialist to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our travel clients, utilising your expertise in Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms.
What You'll Be Doing- Serving as the primary point of contact for travel agents and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Navigating and optimising the use of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo to make bookings, reservations, and modifications
- Providing detailed information and guidance to clients on travel options, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and the successful delivery of travel arrangements
- Identifying and proactively addressing potential problems or areas for improvement
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or travel-related role, with a strong understanding of GDS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to a diverse client base
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A passion for the travel industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
