Position Summary
The Autocad Architect is responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. This role supports the design and construction process by translating conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, client requirements, and company standards.
Employment Classification
Status: Full-time / Probationary / Regular (as applicable)- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
- Overtime: Subject to approval and compensated in accordance with DOLE regulations
- Work Location: Office-based with possible site assignments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting)
- Knowledge of other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards
