Project Development Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Development Manager is responsible for the overall project development and management by implementing development plans and solutions to issues and problems.

The Project Development Manager responsibilities include the preparation and updating financial runs and product models, preparation of project implementation plans, evaluating development sites and project concepts, executing these plans and monitoring its progress.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College graduate preferably from a Business course (Accountancy, Finance, and Economics, etc.), or Engineering;
2. Proven track record in developing and completing real estate developments, such as subdivisions, commercial strips, and condominiums.
3. Has practical knowledge, skills and experience in project management;
4. Can shepherd cross-disciplinary teams through excellent communication and leadership.
5. Agile critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to control costs and budgets;
7. Robust Risk Management, Planning and Forecasting capabilities
8. Should have essential Managerial Competencies such as competencies dealing with People, dealing with Business and Self-Management Competencies
