Muntinlupa - Legal Assistant
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team at GJH SERCONS INC. in BGC, Taguig. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for supporting our procurement processes and helping to ensure the maintenance, updating, and custody of all legal documents.
What you'll be doing:
Records court schedules and meetings for the lawyers.
Drafting of simple legal documents such as letters, affidavits, etc.
Receives, reviews and records all incoming and outgoing legal documents.
Setting up and coordinating meetings and conference.
Takes minutes of lawyers’ meetings
Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of different documents to the court, government agencies, and other offices.
Notarization of legal documents.
What we're looking for:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
College graduate of any course, preferably English, Mass Communication and the like
Knowledgeable in drafting letters and correspondence
at least 1 year experience as assistant or secretary
