Job Summary

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support across all facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, training, records management, and compliance.

The role ensures accurate documentation and timely HR support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation through attendance and timekeeping monitoring.
  • Process government-mandated benefits and employee documentation.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, disciplinary processes, and HR communications.
  • Coordinate training, orientations, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and perform other HR-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
