We have about 9 branches spread out across the world such as Africa, South America, etc. We have a multi-national staff to assist our customers through various services from Purchasing, Shipping as well as Parts requests.

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position Overview: The Sales Support Specialist will serve as a vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring accurate information verification and providing essential support to the Sales team. This role involves direct customer communication, data validation, and assisting in follow-up activities such as confirming payments and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to verify information recorded in the company’s system (e.g., contact details, transaction records, account updates).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data by cross-checking with internal records.
  • Support Sales Staff by making follow-up calls to customers regarding payments, order confirmations, and other sales-related inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update internal systems with verified information.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service, reinforcing trust and reliability in company communications.
  • Assist in generating simple reports on call outcomes, payment confirmations, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to streamline communication and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
  • Comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools, like CRM.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

  • Reliability and consistency in following through with assigned tasks.
  • Adaptability to take on expanded responsibilities as the role evolves.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Shifting schedules will vary depending on the assigned country.
