Access Healthcare is hiring an experienced Senior Director with expertise in handling healthcare provider and payer campaigns.
This role will oversee the strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of our healthcare BPO vertical, ensuring optimal performance, client satisfaction, and adherence to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the healthcare BPO sector, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Lead innovation initiatives for improved clinical process optimization.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of healthcare provider and payer campaigns, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve them.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of managers, ensuring their growth and consistent performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Client Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team for new client acquisition and onboarding.
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring high retention.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BPO operations leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing healthcare provider and payer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
