People & Culture Specialist (Cebu)

PEOPLE & CULTURE SPECIALIST (Cebu based)

We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist to be based at our Cebu Warehouse. This role is responsible for supporting and executing the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function.

The ideal candidate has at least one (1) year of solid experience in a similar role, preferably within a third-party logistics environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, records management, internal coordination, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and organize employee records, files and HR documentation
• Facilitate internal communication and coordination across departments
• Address and resolve employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support the development, implementation, and facilitation of HR programs, including employee engagement and training initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager for Visayas & Mindanao
• Liaise with various departments and business units as needed

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of solid experience as a People & Culture Specialist or in a similar HR role
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any business and behavioral discipline programs.
