Job Role: Admin Support (Remote - PH Based)
Work Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Australian timezone (AWST)

Salary range: AUD 1200-1500 / Monthly (based on experience)

Our client is a a long-standing, Australian‑owned specialist in HVAC services, bringing over 30 years of professional experience to residential and commercial projects across the Perth area.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Admin Support to join us and play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Prepare and process invoices, quotes, and job orders
  • Maintain and update customer records, supplier information, and job tracking systems
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office or operational supplies
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth job execution and timely follow-ups
  • Support the team with basic HR or compliance documentation
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and reporting

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good phone and email etiquette
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with job management software (e.g., SimPRO, AroFlo, or similar)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
