The Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and clerical support to departments, managers, and team members.

Duties include managing correspondence, organizing schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. You will also assist in managing office supplies, updating databases, processing documentation, and supporting special projects as needed.

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with office equipment are essential.

Success in this position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Administrative Support Specialist should demonstrate a positive attitude, a commitment to quality service, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving office needs.

Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
