Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the administrative department by overseeing office procedures, coordinating team activities, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role acts as a key support to the Administrative Manager and helps maintain efficiency across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including scheduling and task delegation
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation
  • Help prepare budgets and monitor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role

  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
