Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the administrative department by overseeing office procedures, coordinating team activities, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role acts as a key support to the Administrative Manager and helps maintain efficiency across various functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including scheduling and task delegation
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation
- Help prepare budgets and monitor expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle internal and external communications professionally
- Provide reports and updates to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Experience in budget tracking and expense management
- Familiarity with HR or procurement processes
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
