Executive Assistant
Quezon City
Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and other administrative needs.
- Assist in project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Has experience supporting an expatriate GM/executive.
- Experience working in a manufacturing setup or PEZA-registered facility is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Has initiative, ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Open to travel between Manila, Batangas, Cebu a few times a month (all expense covered by the company)
