QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of any course or
  • Located nearby in Sta. Ana, Manila or within 1 hour commute
  • Efficiently organized and monitored corporate expenses, including timely processing and tracking of bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and reliability in managing digital fund allocations and maintaining physical petty cash accounts.
  • Able in utilizing online platforms to identify, evaluate, and secure reliable vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payment Request Processing
  • Facilitate the preparation, verification, and submission of formal payment requests to ensure timely processing of departmental expenses and vendor accounts.
  • Maintain a systematic digital log of all pending and completed transactions for auditing and tracking purposes.
  • Monitor and track payment receipts against established payment schedules, including KPIs, employee allowances, facility rents, and monthly utility bills.
Purchasing & Procurement Canvassing
  • Conduct online price canvassing and market research to secure the most cost-effective goods and services.
  • Engage directly with vendors and suppliers for inquiries, price negotiations, and logistical coordination.
  • Manage and disburse physical petty cash securely for localized purchases.
Supply & Inventory Management
  • Maintain optimal stock levels of core supplies and facilitate timely issuance to requesting operational teams.
  • Oversee the ordering, receipt, inspection, and proper storage of supplies within the designated site warehouses.
  • Monitor inventory flow by accurately recording all incoming and outgoing items utilizing the centralized supplies database.
