Facility & Office Management: Oversee plant administrative functions, including facility maintenance, security systems, and workspace organization.Procurement & Inventory: Manage the purchasing, receiving, and inventory control for office supplies, uniforms, safety gear, and breakroom essentials.Compliance & Recordkeeping: Monitor and renew plant permits, licenses, and safety certifications.Ensure document control complies with company policies and government regulations.Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the central communication hub linking plant floor operators, production managers, HR, and finance departments.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule administrative staff, receptionists, or data entry clerks.
Set performance goals and provide continuous feedback.Budgeting: Assist management in developing the administrative budget, tracking departmental expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of administrative experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and basic payroll or HR software.Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent conflict resolution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmen
