We’re hiring a Warehouse Assistant responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate documentation, record-keeping, and inventory data maintenance while assisting in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

• Encode and maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory data
• Monitor incoming and outgoing warehouse transactions
• Prepare, organize, and file warehouse documents and reports
• Assist in inventory tracking and stock monitoring
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding item movement and documentation
• Ensure records are updated, accurate, and properly organized
• Support daily warehouse administrative and operational tasks
• Perform other duties assigned to support smooth warehouse workflow

• Previous warehouse, administrative, or inventory-related experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in inventory monitoring and documentation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or basic encoding and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to multitask
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
