We’re expanding our telesales team and looking for appointment setters who are:

Outgoing and persuasive
Comfortable on the phone
Driven by targets and personal growth
Motivated by helping real businesses succeed

** What You'll Do:

Conduct online searches for lead generation via business directories, LinkedIn, social media or other sources
Initiate cold calling to build up the customer’s database
Make outbound calls to potential business owners in Singapore
Engage prospects in friendly and persuasive conversation to understand lead's needs
Introduce product/service offerings that fit prospects accordingly
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our consultants
Confirm any previously scheduled appointments
Follow up with interested prospects
Work closely with a friendly, goal-oriented team
Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and customer feedback
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information
Lead database maintenance

What We Offer:

Basic salary + attractive commission
Full Time: Php 30,000 - 42,000 (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience.
Full training provided – no experience needed! Prior experience is a plus
