We’re expanding our telesales team and looking for appointment setters who are:
  • Outgoing and persuasive
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Driven by targets and personal growth
  • Motivated by helping real businesses succeed

** What You'll Do:
  • Conduct online searches for lead generation via business directories, LinkedIn, social media or other sources
  • Initiate cold calling to build up the customer’s database
  • Make outbound calls to potential business owners in Singapore
  • Engage prospects in friendly and persuasive conversation to understand lead's needs
  • Introduce product/service offerings that fit prospects accordingly
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our consultants
  • Confirm any previously scheduled appointments
  • Follow up with interested prospects
  • Work closely with a friendly, goal-oriented team
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and customer feedback
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information
  • Lead database maintenance
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary + attractive commission
  • Full Time: Php 30,000 - 42,000 (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience.
  • Full training provided – no experience needed! Prior experience is a plus
