Job Description of Foreign National:

- Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference.
Technical Skills and Qualities Required:
- Written and Verbal Vietnamese language proficiency. Experience / ability to translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
- Open to College Undergraduates and College Graduates
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a Vietnamese Billingual account or any similar experience
