About the role

Brent Group Properties & Holdings Philp., Inc.' is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bulacan Central Luzon. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's people strategy and ensuring our workforce is engaged, supported, and positioned for success.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes that support the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits
  4. Oversee the company's talent management strategy, including succession planning and employee development initiatives
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
  7. Continuously monitor and improve HR processes and practices to enhance employee engagement and organisational efficiency
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or property management industry
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  4. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
  5. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  6. Proven track record of leading and implementing successful HR initiatives
  7. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Bachelor's degree required
  9. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
