About the role
Brent Group Properties & Holdings Philp., Inc.' is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bulacan Central Luzon. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's people strategy and ensuring our workforce is engaged, supported, and positioned for success.
What you'll be doing- Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes that support the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- Oversee the company's talent management strategy, including succession planning and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Continuously monitor and improve HR processes and practices to enhance employee engagement and organisational efficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
- Proven track record of leading and implementing successful HR initiatives
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
