Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Onsite)
Job Description:
Marketing & Content Support:
- Schedule and manage social media content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Build and send newsletters and campaign emails using Kit, Gravity Forms, or similar email marketing tools.
- Support formatting and preparation of content assets.
- Assist with formatting and preparation of proposals and client materials using Canva.
Operations and Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative and scheduling support as required.
- Support CRM client database management (HubSpot).
- Support day-to-day operational coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, or any related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a marketing support, operations, or business support role.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Kit, Gravity Forms, or similar) and Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience supporting an Australian, UK, or US-based business.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or a small business environment.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM.
