About the Role
Remco BPO is looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the President and assist the HRA Supervisor with daily office operations.
This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and can handle both administrative and operational tasks. You will help keep the office organized, monitor reports and attendance, and make sure company standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support- Provide direct support to the President, including schedule management and reporting tasks
- Assist the HRA Supervisor with administrative duties when needed
- Handle day-to-day operational and ad-hoc tasks
- Support overall office coordination and team operations
- Review and verify team KPI reports and performance data
- Compare reported numbers with raw data to ensure accuracy
- Assist with monthly employee evaluations by gathering reports and supporting documents
- Prepare organized reports for management review
- Flag discrepancies or suspicious data to the President
- Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, and absences
- Identify employees who may require warnings or Notices to Explain (NTE)
- Assist with filing, 201 files, and HR documentation
- Help organize company activities and events such as birthdays, team buildings, and year-end parties
- Ensure office policies on cleanliness, order, and conduct are followed
- Monitor and restock pantry supplies daily
- Track office inventory and supplies
- Source and compare supplier prices when purchasing items
- Identify office maintenance concerns and coordinate repairs when needed
- 1–2 years of experience in Administrative, Executive Assistant, or Office Support roles
- BPO experience is an advantage
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Honest, trustworthy, and professional
- Willing to handle both administrative and hands-on office tasks

Additional Information
A 2-week paid trial period is required before official employment or probation. This allows both parties to assess fit and alignment. The trial period is fully paid, even if employment does not continue afterward.
