Quality Analyst for Healthcare BPO | AR Claims

We are currently looking for Quality Analyst to be part of our growing AR Team!

As a Quality analyst you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high quality customer service and the accurate processing of account receivables for our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement
Conducting regular quality audits and providing detailed feedback to the customer service team
Analyzing account receivables data to identify trends and potential issues
Resolving complex customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments
Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of account receivables
Providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team
Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Experience in account receivables management or billing operations
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
Proficient in using data analysis tools and software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
