Finance Manager

• Forecast cash flow positions of the company and ensure enough funds are available with the company in the future.
• Daily submission and presentation of previous day’s cash position to the President
• Weekly submission and presentation of projected cash position to the President
• Helps on taking decisions related to equity and debt, finance and investments of fund.
• Submits recommendations related to equity and debt, finance and investment of funds as required
• Maintains relations with the banks that are connected with the company
• Schedules meeting with the bank representative/s at least once a year or as needed
• Checks proper and accurate disbursement payroll system
• Keeps data on accurate bank reconciliation and prepare proper report
• Oversees operations of Treasury Section including design of organizational structure
• Forecasts cash flow position related to borrowing needs and available funds for investment
• Manages available fund to meet operational and capital investments
• Arranges for equity and debt financially
• Invests fund
• Recommends appropriate dividend issuance based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flow
• Oversees operations of Credit and Collection section including design of organizational structure
• Reviews collection effectiveness and implement ways and procedures to ensure timely collection of accounts
• Communicates with all BUs on matters concerning collection
• Issues statement of accounts and communicate with clients regarding collection matters

• Plans budget for the company and manages it well
• Prepares budget including capital budgeting by providing all BUs and departments with budget templates and assumptions for uniform application
• Initiates and conduct budget hearing and deliberation
• Submits budget package with assumptions to the President for the whole group within set deadline
• Reports on monthly variances from estimated budget and reasons for variances
• Manages the capital budgeting process and business metrics

• Monitors internal control policies and collaborative activities with external auditors to ensure success of full audit results and compliance
• Monintors that policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently
• Achieves objectives within allocated resources; reviews and reallocates resources where and when necessary
• Monitors compliance with external audit and reports compliance

• Monitors proper and accurate payment of taxes accordingly

• Performs other administrative duties as may be assigned
• Communicates with staff and clients clearly
• Reviews efficiency of all admin processes and procedures and recommend improvement if needed
• Maintains timely, accurate and professional services given at al levels
• Assists in Accounting and Finance transactions of NBUs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management or any related field
• Preferably with Master’s Degree (MA) in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
• At least ten (10) years of working experience as Finance Manager
• Oustanding knowledge of Electronic spreadsheet, finance software, including Excel and other accounting package
• Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment
• With excellent organizational skills
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
