Job Description

Required Qualification / Experience

Degree in Accountancy, CPA is preferred.

At least 3 years experience in 3 to 5 years experience as Finance Manager

Experience using SAP and MS Office skills Strong knowledge of Philippine IFRS and US GAAP

Knowledge of PH tax laws and regulations in the performance of duties

Specific Duties and Responsibilities .

General Accounting

Treasury

Tax & Compliance

Corporate Secretarial Services

Legal Entities Rationalization

Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Ownership

Finance process review and improvement

Purpose of the Position

Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end close processes

Maintenance of financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, company policies and procedures

Ensure that the Company is compliant with all matters relating to the Corporation Code of the Philippines, Statutory Tax regulations, also responsible in the preparation, safekeeping, and preservation of official documents such as minutes of meetings and other corporate documents.

Responsible in the updates of Shareholder's information in the Global Entity Management System and the rationalization of the company's entities in the Philippines.

Must drive and practice the highest ethics and works towards operational excellence through best practice within highest standard of quality and safety culture.

Lead and manage the team to carry out duties and responsibilities of his department
