Establishes an environment that promotes an open door atmosphere, sharing of ideas, and employee involvement in decision making processes, etc.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Able to oversee day to day operations to ensure positive customer experience, and manage executive escalations in order to recover dissatisfied customers.
SALES MANAGEMENT
Formulates and implements sales strategies, sets revenue and volume targets, monitors and evaluates performance of the store.
STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Able to organize and supervise its manpower and resources in order to operate the store in compliance to standard policies and procedure.
PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING SKILLS
Should posses strong problem-solving abilities, enabling them to identify issues, analyze various factors, and implement effective solutions swiftly.
Qualifications/Requirements- With bachelor's degree
- Preferably with experience in Managerial/Supervisory position
- Experience in retail, sales or telecommunications industry is a plus
