Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

• Ensures maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and facilities with the help of Engineering Services.
• Applies the means to achieve personnel, tenant and customer safety, security and satisfaction.
• Attends to tenant requirements/concerns on technical matters

Qualifications:

• Must be a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate (with good scholastic records)
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With at least 4 years solid work experience in a supervisory capacity gained from commercial buildings and/or industrial plants
• With experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration operations, generator sets, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, and all mechanical tools and equipment
• With strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be detail-oriented, very organized, flexible, and can handle work pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Preferably a resident of Marikina or nearby cities
