About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR-Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Advance Suburban Facility Services Corp' in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition and human resources functions.As the HR-Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open roles
- Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the best-fit candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Maintain a talent pipeline and proactively reach out to potential candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organisation
- Continuously monitor and improve recruitment processes and metrics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR-Recruitment Specialist role
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
