Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include managing project teams, optimizing resources, enforcing safety regulations, and aligning project execution with company strategy.

Chinese Proficiency Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
Bachelor’s degree or any related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a senior leadership role.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
Knowledge of business operations, systems, and process improvement methodologies
