Key Responsibilities- Manage property operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Oversee client, occupant, and stakeholder concerns
- Monitor property-related contracts, permits, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvements
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
- Administer HR policies, employee records, and performance processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare operational and HR reports for management
Qualifications/Requirements
Ideal Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Property Management, or related field
- Experience in property administration, HR, or operations management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, service-oriented, and results-driven
