Role: Purchasing Assistant
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PO Inboxes (2 inboxes)
  • Raising Pos to suppliers as directed by Operation teams
  • Receipting Pos as goods / services are received
  • Change Pos
  • Seek PO Approvals
  • Update POs to match Supplier Invoice
  • Attach all approval documents to PO
  • Liase closely with AP Officer
  • Follow up older POs for closing
Payroll (Back up)
  • Every second fortnight total payroll hours compilation
  • Set Up New Employees in MYOB
Systems to be used
  • Simpro / IFS / MYOB

Qualification and requirements:

  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • An experience using Simpro tool - Project Management tool is a plus
  • MS Project knowledge and experience
  • Qualifications is a plus but not required
  • BS/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
