A Head of Marketing is a senior leader responsible for driving brand growth, defining marketing strategies, and leading the marketing team to achieve business goals

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Early Childhood Education, or any related field
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, promotions, social media, or school communications
• Experience working in or with educational institutions (preferably within a Catholic school setting) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to communicate its value to parents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to engage effectively with parents and families

• Creative, resourceful, and proactive in developing initiatives that strengthen school–parent engagement
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with students, parents, faculty, and school administrators
• Willing to work onsite and participate in school events, including occasional weekends
• Preferably residing near the assigned campus or willing to relocate
• Must be aligned with the values, mission, and formation approach of a Catholic educational institution such as PAREF
