Inpatient Medical Coder

Salary: PHP 90,000 – 105,000 Monthly
Work Setup: Onsite – Cubao, Quezon City

Shift: Day Shift / Mid Shift

We are looking for experienced Inpatient Medical Coders to join our growing healthcare team.

Qualifications

Active CIC, CCS, or CPC Certification (Required)
BS Nursing or any Medical Allied Course graduate
Active USRN License is highly preferred and may qualify for the highest compensation package
Minimum of 2 years of solid Inpatient Medical Coding experience (Non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG, and inpatient coding guidelines
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

Review inpatient medical records following patient discharge
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes based on clinical documentation
Identify incomplete or missing documentation and coordinate with the appropriate teams for clarification
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and client standards
Process coded charts to support accurate claim submission and reimbursement
Maintain productivity and quality targets while adhering to turnaround time requirements

Compensation

PHP 90,000 – 105,000 Monthly
