QC Inspector

Job Summary:

The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting products and ensuring they meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and company specifications. The role helps maintain product quality, minimize defects, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Possesses basic mathematical and technical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills with keen attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Inspect products in accordance with established quality procedures, product specifications, and acceptable quality limits.
• Conduct incoming inspection of direct materials.
• Verify line clearances on production machines and lines before start-up after changeovers.
• Perform in-process quality inspections on production and packing lines.
• Conduct final inspection and testing of finished products before release.
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Evaluate inspection findings and determine the disposition of inspected products.
• Provide timely updates to team members and management regarding product quality issues and status.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Implement procedures for handling non-conforming products.
• Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Investigate product and process non-conformities and assist in identifying root causes.
• Support and train production personnel on quality standards and best practices to promote continuous improvement.

• Must be able to reliably commute to or be willing to relocate to Valenzuela City or Bignay, North Caloocan City.
