Sales Account Executive (Electrical Appliances)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long‑term partnerships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and assigned territories.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, after‑sales) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for business improvement.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Address customer issues related to service, product information, and order fulfillment in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the appliances or consumer electronics industry (industry experience is strictly required).
  • Proven background in account development and account management, including managing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, with experience handling customer concerns, service issues, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to manage and engage key or major customers effectively.
  • Proficient in English and basic MS Office (especially Excel for sales tracking and price lists).
