About the role
Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Architect or Junior Architect to join our growing team in our Manila City office. As a licensed architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of a wide range of commercial and residential projects, contributing to the strategic growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and develop innovative architectural designs
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications adhering to local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and assessments to inform the design process
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices
- Registered/licensed architect with a degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in the architecture industry
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
