TOSCA Test Automation
You will define and implement automation strategies, build and maintain automated test suites, support test data/environment readiness, participate in code reviews, and proactively monitor defect trends to continuously improve software quality and release confidence.
You will also contribute to key testing deliverables such as Test Cases & Test Results and ensure coverage across functional and technical requirements.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME) in TOSCA-based test automation.
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, planning, and technical problem-solving.
Design, develop, and implement automation strategies that improve test efficiency, stability, and coverage.
Build, enhance, and maintain TOSCA automated test scripts for: Regression suites
API validationsSecurity-focused checks (as applicable within the project scope)
Create, execute, and maintain Test Cases & Test Results as part of project testing artifacts and reporting.
Support testing readiness by helping configure test data and test environments required for automation execution.
Participate in code reviews (automation assets, test scripts, utilities) to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Monitor, triage, and report defects; provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in the testing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, Support, Release/Env teams) to ensure high-quality integration and delivery.
Contribute to quality checkpoints (e.g., functional/technical quality assessment artifacts where relevant to project delivery).
Professional & Technical SkillsRequired Skills (Must Have)
Expert proficiency in Automated Testing (automation planning, scripting, execution, maintenance).
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining automation suites (framework mindset, reusable components).
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test execution evidence/artifacts.
Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and how automation fits into continuous delivery.
Scripting capability to enhance automation (e.g., for utilities, validations, data setup, or integration points).
Good to Have (Preferred)Practical experience with TOSCA Testsuite / Tricentis TOSCA automation.
Exposure to API testing tools/approaches and test data management practices.
Experience supporting testing in enterprise environments with structured release/test cycles.
Additional InformationThis position is based in our Manila office.
Familiarity with structured delivery/testing artifacts and evidence-based reporting is expected (e.g., Test Cases & Test Results).
