Test Automation Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead to drive our automation strategy and lead a team of engineers. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through advanced automation frameworks, AIdriven solutions, and close collaboration with crossfunctional teams.

• Define and implement test automation strategy, tools, and frameworks
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers
• Build and maintain frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to align testing needs
• Review and improve automation scripts for scalability and maintainability
• Stay updated on emerging tools and recommend improvements
• Provide detailed reporting on test results, coverage, and product health

• 5+ years in technical leadership, guiding teams in automation best practices
• 3+ years leading teams of 5+ automation engineers
• 7+ years in UI and API test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, SoapUI Pro)
• Strong experience in advanced automation development, including AIdriven solutions
• Solid background in Agile/Scrum environments
• Handson expertise with frameworks, test data management, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills

• Experience in the US Insurance industry

• Open to working night shifts
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week onsite
• Willing to work in Makati
