Inventory Officer / Inventory Staff (E-commerce) | Stock Planning & Fulfillment

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Staff to Inventory Officer to support our fast-growing e-commerce operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient inventory movement, and timely replenishment across multiple online platforms.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across e-commerce platforms
• Perform stock forecasting (low stock, fast-moving, slow-moving items)
• Plan and execute stock replenishment and ordering
• Conduct regular stock audit and cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses or locations
• Handle receiving, checking, and documentation of incoming stocks
• Manage outgoing shipments and ensure order fulfillment accuracy
• Generate inventory reports and recommend process improvements
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and e-commerce teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Open to Staff to Officer level (1–3+ years experience preferred)
• Experience in e-commerce inventory management and stock audit is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and audit processes
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, formulas, reporting)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
