Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Merchandising Manager to lead product selection, inventory planning, and in-store presentation across our retail operations. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial awareness, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of fast-paced retail environments.

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with sales and brand objectives
• Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and customer behavior to optimize inventory and product mix
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure optimal inventory turnover
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure consistency across stores
• Lead, mentor, and develop the merchandising team
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a large-scale, multi-branch environment
• Strong background in health, beauty, personal care, or general retail categories is highly preferred
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing inventory performance
• Strong analytical skills with experience using retail data and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
