About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Associate to join our team at Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading' in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management to support the company's operations.
What you'll be doing- Performing regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Processing incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, inspecting, and recording the movement of inventory
- Assisting with the coordination of inventory-related activities, such as order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory data to ensure the integrity of stock information
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory management practices
- Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on inventory status and performance
- Adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an inventory or warehouse management role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with inventory control principles, including stock rotation and stock-taking
- Relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
