INVENTORY CLERK (FEMALE ONLY)
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Clerk (Female) to join our supermarket retail store team. This is a full-time position based in Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the smooth operation of our market and store.This position is essential to ensuring that our warehouse operations run efficiently and that all stock levels are properly managed and documented.
Key responsibilities- Receiving, checking and recording incoming inventory shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders and documentation
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and updating stock levels in real-time
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure records are correct
- Organising, labelling and storing inventory items in designated warehouse locations to optimise space and accessibility
- Processing inventory transactions, including goods inwards, goods outwards and stock transfers
- Preparing and maintaining inventory reports, including stock status reports and variance analyses
- Supporting procurement activities by providing inventory data and assisting with stock requirements planning
- Ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures and health and safety regulations within the warehouse
- Communicating with warehouse staff, procurement team and other departments to resolve inventory issues promptly
- Request of lacking items at suppliers
- Experience in inventory is advantage but not required
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and warehouse management software
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Competency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and variances
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Knowledge of retail store and supermarket is an advantage
- College Graduate of any course
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy

We offer training for 1 month after probationary for 3 months and after 6 months if good performance you will be regular based on your performance.
