Job Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily
warehouse operations, including the accurate receiving, storing, organizing,and dispatching of inventory, supplies, and equipment to various branches.
This role ensures inventory integrity through careful documentation and
regular stock monitoring while upholding quality control standards. The
Warehouse Clerk also plays a key role in coordinating logistics and
transportation, working with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure
timely and cost-efficient deliveries. This position requires attention to detail,strong physical endurance, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment.
Job Description:
- Receiving and Processing Shipments:
- Efficiently handle the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and recording of received goods.
- Receive and document stocks pulled out from various branches of Wink Laser
- Receiving, Sorting, and Delivery:
- Responsible for the comprehensive receiving, unpacking, checking, sorting,
storing, assigning, and delivering of stocks and merchandise to various
branches.- Handle a variety of items, including consumables, supplies, and fixed assets.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly updating records and conducting
- Organize and optimize warehouse space to facilitate easy access to
- Assist the Inventory Assistant in conducting weekly manual or physical
- Order Preparation & Logistics Coordination:
- Prepare orders for shipment to branches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill branch orders promptly.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules of stocks to
- Track the movement of goods in transit and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in resolving any logistical issues, including delivery delays or
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough checks on merchandise to identify and address any quality
- Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards.
- Collaboration with Office-Based Employees:
- Work closely with office-based employees, branch employees, Executive
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of stocks, addressing queries from
- Organizing and Marking of Materials:
- Utilize automated/technology or cloud-based systems such as Notion for
- Implement efficient systems for easy location, tracing, summarizing, and
- Safekeeping and Record-Keeping:
- Safely keep items pulled out from branches, whether for asset disposal, asset
- Maintain detailed records of all items entering and leaving the warehouse,
- Coordination with Third Parties:
- Work directly with third-party providers such as transportation and logistics
- Coordinate with mall and branch personnel to ensure smooth delivery and
acceptance of stocks.
Qualification Requirements and Competencies- College level or equivalent educational attainment.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory
- Physically fit with the strength and endurance required for daily tasks such
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and cloud-based
systems like Notion; experience with other inventory systems is an
advantage.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented work
environment.
