Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview:
As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our creator operations. You are the primary bridge between our brand and the creative community, ensuring that every partnership runs smoothly from the first "hello" to the final payment.This role requires a unique blend of people skills, meticulous organization, and a keen eye for campaign data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Coordination & Relationship Management
Manage end-to-end communication including inquiries, onboarding, and follow-ups
Negotiate and collect creator rates, availability, and deliverables
Handle revisions and feedback cycles between creators and internal teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
- Campaign Execution Support
Monitor progress of deliverables and proactively address delays or issues
Organize and track all campaign assets and documentation
- Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with the Content Strategist to ensure creators follow the correct content direction and messaging
Relay briefs, guidelines, and feedback clearly and accurately to creators
- Insights & Materials Management
Assist in preparing post-campaign reports and documentation
Maintain organized records of creator databases, rates, and past performance
- Finance Coordination & Payment Management
Ensure all required documents (contracts, invoices, deliverables) are complete prior to payment processing
Track payment status and provide updates to creators to manage expectations on timelines
Address payment-related inquiries from creators professionally and efficiently
Help maintain a clear tracker of all creator costs, payments, and budget allocations per campaign
- Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain trackers for creator engagement, deliverables, and campaign status
Support overall department operations and process improvements
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, or talent management is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to negotiate with a professional yet personable touch.
- A "master of trackers"—you should be comfortable managing multiple spreadsheets and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with data and metrics to help tell the story of a campaign’s success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where trends and timelines shift quickly.
