Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Day Shift)
We’re looking for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new marketing initiatives aligned with the Company's goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, social media, copywriting, email marketing, and others. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
The role requires full commitment — no freelancing, side projects, or other employers. Strong preference for candidates who have led projects or events in the past, not just those who have collaborated. Experience in email marketing is highly valued and will be an important factor in selection.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
- At least two years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to do copywriting and proofreading
- Working knowledge of design (eg. Figma and Canva) and email tools
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Experience in the health and wellness space is a plus
- Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
- Willing to work night shift

- Assist in the development of strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Help implement marketing plans that include social media content, email content, and others.
- Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating tasks.
- Support the marketing team with SEO-related content preparation and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities.
- Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by setting objectives, organizing promotional assets, and updating calendars.
- Help communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to other divisions, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
