ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Financial Account will assist customers with banking-related inquiries such as account management, billing concerns, transaction support, payment processing, and general financial service questions. You will ensure every customer receives accurate, secure, and professional assistance.
This role is ideal for candidates searching for financial account jobs in Cebu City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and entry-level CSR opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to financial services
- Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, transactions, and payments
- Provide accurate financial information and support based on company guidelines
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex financial concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- With at least 3 to 6 months of call center experience
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Paid training provided from Day 1
