  • Responsible for the preparation of memo, cash advance and manning regarding monthly physical inventory counts of Warehouses.
  • Record of Daily Paper Roll Issuance Report
  • Reconcile with CBW and Production on the PR Issuances for the month.
  • Reconcile with CBW Team on the PR Receipts for the month.
  • Prepare necessary journal entries pertaining to Paper Rolls (accruals, transfer, etc)
  • Prepare monthly Paper Roll Cost Sheet relating to paper roll received (Local & Imported), considering factors such as purchase price, freight cost and other charges.
  • Perform monthly physical inventory counts for both outside and inside. Responsible for the preparation of memo for the scheduled monthly physical inventory count as well as requesting meal allowance for the participants of the count and coordinating with HR for the driver scheduled to fetch and ferry the team.
  • Check and resolve discrepancies between the physical and recorded quantities.
  • Monthly reconciliation with Carmen counterpart with regards, to their Paper Roll Worksheet monthly.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any finance related course
  • At least two years' experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; computer literate
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
  • With good interpersonal skills essential in following up with counterpart from other departments
