About the role

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Technical Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Technical Account Representative, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients and their customers, providing expert technical support and resolving complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.

This role is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring seamless service delivery across our diverse portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming technical support calls and inquiries from clients and end-users with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using company systems, tools and knowledge bases
  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document all interactions, resolutions and customer feedback accurately in the company's ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical teams when necessary, ensuring proper handoff and follow-up
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients at all times, even in challenging situations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Meet or exceed quality assurance standards, first-call resolution targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Stay current with product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training and development
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or call centre environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems, software applications and common troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by business needs
  • Active listening skills and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
