Customer Dev Asst. Manager New

This role works closely with a Customer Development Manager or Sales Manager to execute strategies that increase product distribution, visibility, and revenue. This position requires travel for field work, with the head office located in BGC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Support account management, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and on/off-premise accounts.
• Help implement trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and merchandising activities to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Monitor stock levels, product placement, and availability across assigned accounts.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
• Support new store openings or account onboarding as needed.
• Track and analyze competitor activity and suggest actionable improvements.

Key job qualifications include:

• 3-6 years of experience in account management, trade marketing, or customer development, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of sales execution, distribution, and trade marketing practices.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple accounts and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role with frequent trave
